Refund Policy

1. General Policy

  • All Tarot readings are considered intangible services and are delivered based on time, energy, and interpretation.

  • Therefore, completed readings are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice are considered forfeited.

3. Technical Issues

  • If a reading is disrupted due to technical problems (e.g., video/audio failure), we will offer a free rescheduling.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Client Dissatisfaction

  • Due to the subjective nature of Tarot readings, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the interpretation or outcome.

  • We encourage open communication during the session to ensure clarity and comfort.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Promotional Offers

  • Services purchased during discounts or special offers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reading if the request violates our ethical standards. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
