All Tarot readings are considered intangible services and are delivered based on time, energy, and interpretation.

Therefore, completed readings are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

Missed appointments without prior notice are considered forfeited.
3. Technical Issues

If a reading is disrupted due to technical problems (e.g., video/audio failure), we will offer a free rescheduling.

If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.
4. Client Dissatisfaction

Due to the subjective nature of Tarot readings, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the interpretation or outcome.

We encourage open communication during the session to ensure clarity and comfort.
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Promotional Offers

Services purchased during discounts or special offers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Right to Refuse Service
